Machining

Forging
Forging with hydraulic presses; pre/intermediate operations and pre-forming for die preparation.
Bending and Press Forming
Cold/hot forming with CNC press brakes and hydraulic presses; die applications and process control.

Tube Bending
CNC tube bending; precision forming, minimum radius, and high repeatability.
Precision bending for capillary tubes.
Painting
Surface preparation and industrial painting applications; standards compliant with special industry requirements.
Assembly & Integration
Mechanical/electromechanical sub-system and system assembly, functional testing, packaging, and shipment preparation.
Welding / Brazing
Welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum; brazing of copper and other suitable materials.
TIG/MIG/MAG processes with repeatable quality supported by WPS/PQR and control plans in line with project requirements.
Deep Drawing

Tooling & Fixture Design
Design and manufacturing of molds, fixtures, and tooling for forming and production; with a focus on DFM/DFA principles.
CMM Measurement
3D dimensional inspection; reporting and traceability based on ballooned technical drawings.

Dynamic Balancing Test
Balance measurement for rotating parts and systems; verified with documented reporting.
NDT (Magnetic Particle Testing)
Detection of surface and near-surface discontinuities; inspection performed in accordance with project and standard requirements.
