Founded in 1998, HAS-EL Teknik has focused on industrial manufacturing since its establishment and has built a strong reputation as a reliable production partner across multiple sectors. Built upon the machining expertise of our founding partners, the company today operates with an integrated production approach—from raw material to final product—within its 6,300 m² closed facility located in the HAB Organized Industrial Zone, Kahramankazan.

Our capability portfolio includes machining, forging and press forming with hydraulic presses, CNC and tube bending, welding, painting, assembly and integration, brazing, deep drawing, and tooling and fixture design. These processes are supported by verification steps such as non-destructive testing (magnetic particle testing), dynamic balancing, and dimensional inspection using CMM systems. This enables us to consistently meet customer requirements, tight tolerances, and repeatability expectations.

Production management is carried out through CANIAS ERP and IQVİZYON IoT infrastructures, enabling unified execution of work orders, downtime and production monitoring, material and lot traceability, and comprehensive reporting. This data-driven planning approach ensures short lead times, predictable deliveries, and high operational continuity.
