INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As HAS-EL Teknik Makine İnş. Gıda Turizm San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Data Controller”), we place great importance on the security of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
This disclosure statement has been prepared to inform you about the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data obtained through our website haselteknik.com.tr

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that necessary technical and administrative security measures are taken, for the purposes outlined above:

- Business partners and consultants: To the extent required for operational purposes,
- Authorized public institutions and authorities: Where legally required,
- International transfers:
If cloud-based service infrastructures or data storage solutions are located abroad, or if operations require collaboration with foreign entities, personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with KVKK Art. 9, with explicit consent or to countries deemed to provide adequate protection.
Personal data will never be sold, unlawfully transferred, or shared without authorization.
Retention and Deletion of Personal Data
Personal data are retained:
- For the periods specified in relevant legislation,
- Where no specific period is stipulated, for the duration necessary to fulfill the processing purposes,
- As long as legal obligations continue.
Upon expiration of the retention period or if the processing purpose ceases to exist, personal data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed,
- To request information if they have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data pursuant to KVKK Art. 7,
- To request notification of correction or deletion to third parties to whom data have been transferred,
- To object to results arising from automated processing that are detrimental to you,
- To request compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

Requests will be processed free of charge within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
Pursuant to Article 14 of KVKK, if your request is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is provided within the statutory period, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority within:
- 30 days from the date you learn of the response, and
- In any case, 60 days from the date of application.
Exceptions
Under Article 28/2 of KVKK, except for the right to claim compensation, data subjects may not exercise the above rights in the following cases:
- Where processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention or investigation of a crime,
- Where personal data have been made public by the data subject,
- Where personal data are processed by authorized public institutions or professional organizations for supervisory, regulatory, or disciplinary purposes,
- Where processing is necessary to protect the economic or financial interests of the State, particularly in relation to budget, taxation, or financial matters.
Other Provisions
In matters concerning the processing and protection of personal data under this Disclosure Statement, the provisions of applicable legislation shall prevail.
This Disclosure Statement is published on haselteknik.com.tr for public access.
The Company reserves the right to update or revise this document in line with changes in legislation or Company practices. Updated versions will be made available on the same website.
